Loretta’s Acronymn Primer was created at the Women’s Studio Workshop in Rosendale N.Y. with an Artist Residency Grant. The text and images were digitally and letterpress printed. The book was printed on Rives paper and covers on hand-made paper.
Loretta’s Acronym Primer looks at the mysterious and somewhat elitist manner of using letters to reference things. Using acronyms places some people in the know, and leaves the rest of us confused, and most important, left out. Size: 5″ x 6.25″ x .62″.
